The House Rules are written as needed in order to document necessary changes in the game as the game progresses.

Character Creation

• Bloodlines are not permitted for starting characters at this time.
• Out of clan Disciplines are not permitted for starting characters at this time.
• Current status of Optional Rules:
  • "Advanced Characters" is in effect -- talk to the ST as this is randomly determined based on character background
  • "Foot Chase" may be in effect at ST discretion per scene
  • "Social Skills: No Effect" is in effect -- please role-playing as your character normally would
  • "Alternative Morality Systems" is in effect -- see the ST with a full write-up of the suggested Morality System.
  • "Morality Derangements" is in effect
  • "The Fourth Tradition" concerning the expenditure of a Willpower for purposes of violence in Elysium
  • "True Covenant Status" is in effect
  • "Deceitful Creatures" is in effect
  • "Guarded Secrets" is in effect
  • "Diablerie Duration" is NOT in effect - veins last the length of the Chronicle
  • "Soul Shards" is in effect
  • "Ghoul Derangement" is in effect
  • "The Price of Blood" is in effect
